TERMS OF SERVICE
before comissioning me you must:

★Understand that my art may not be used for commercial purposes, unless explicit permission is given by me beforehand.★Agree to credit me when using my work, even if commissioned, and to not claim my artwork as your own.★Understand that I maintain all rights to all my artwork, and can post it to my profile and use it in my portfolio.★Know that I WILL NOT allow my artwork to be minted as an NFT under any circumstances.★Accept that I will not provide physical copies/prints of your commission.

I WILL NOT WORK ON:•Pornographic or overly sexualized commissions.•Commissions which are hateful to any group or individual.•Commissions depicting real children.•Sexualized images of real or fictional children, including apparent minors.•Commissions including cars, buses, or planes.•I will not allow my art to be used to train ai, or have any correlation with ai art.

PAYMENT/METHOD DETAILS★I accept payment via ko-fi. PayPal will be available in the future.https://ko-fi.com/thronge★I can decline any commission request I wish for any reason.★50% of payment will be given by the commissioner upfront.★Full payment will be given after approval of the sketch by the client.★As many changes as you like can be made during the sketching phase.★No edits to a character's design or major aspects of a commission will be made after the flat coloring stage. This will cost extra.★I respond to dms fastest on Discord, and may be slow to respond on any other website.
